All flights offered through our platform are conducted by FAA-licensed and DOT-registered direct air carriers that maintain full operational control of their aircraft, crew, and safety protocols. All helicopter tours arranged by Spino Luxury Aviation are operated by qualified and licensed direct air carriers that comply with FAA regulations.

The identity of the air carrier operating your flight will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy Customers are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the direct air carrier operating their flight. Spino Luxury Aviation will facilitate refund requests based on the operator’s policies, but we do not guarantee refunds or changes outside of the carrier’s terms. If a flight is delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather, mechanical issues, or operational constraints, alternative arrangements will be coordinated with the operator.
